No. This is individual nervous system mentorship. We do not diagnose, analyse your relationship dynamics, or require your partner's participation. This is entirely your work because the fastest way to change your relationship is to change how you show up in it.

On the outside, I looked like I had it all together. World champion in karate, straight-A student, corporate career woman. Disciplined. Driven. Capable. The kind of woman people point to and say she's got it.
On the inside, I was spiralling.
Self-aware and high-functioning, yet still reactive, still anxious swinging between feeling like too much and not enough within the hour. I chased the next win. Over-gave in relationships. Performed in friendships. Hoping that this time, it would finally make me feel safe. Validated. Whole.
It didn't. It burnt me out.
So I quit my corporate job. Ended a relationship that no longer felt aligned. And booked a one way flight to India.
Three months in the Himalayas immersed in yogic philosophy and nervous system science I stopped performing and started remembering. Who I am beneath the pressure, the proving, and the perfectionism.
The Embodied Woman is my life's work.
